20 Min Fire Rated 2U Bianco Noble Belldinni Modern Interior Door
Modern design: fireproof and heat insulation wood door with visible jambs can withstand naked fire and smoke for 20 minutes. A minimalistic slab design, two vertical aluminum strips, and universal shade make the door look harmonious in any interior.
Door construction: solid frame hardwood and solid particle board provide durability and long service life. The slab is covered in a specific fire seal Flexilodice from all sides. As an additional protection from smoke, you can add an automatic door bottom. The slab thickness is 1-3/4". Can be a nonstandard size.
Door filling: Solid core is an innovative eco-friendly wood fiber material responsible for soundproofing and good isolation.
NFPA 252: 20 min Fire Rated complies with NFPA 252 (20 Minute Door with Hose Stream Positive Pressure — NFPA 252 UL 10C CAN/ULC S104).
Hardware: the set of hardware comprises 4 hinges. Doors can have American standard pre-cut and pre-cut for a deadbolt.
High-quality finish:the slab is coated with polypropylene Biacno Noble, an environmentally friendly material resistant to moisture, scratches, and sunlight, so it does not lose its original shade. The door with a PP finish is easy to care for.

Shipping and order confirmations
Upon placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received. Production lead time is around 14 business days. ETA will be provided in confirmation-mail as well. You will then get a second e-mail when the order has been shipped. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will be receiving more e-mail confirmations about them. Please, make sure you saved these e-mails (invoices) for the record.

Prices can be changed without notice. We don’t charge any additional fees for crating unlike many companies do.

Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or carriers (for smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only. Ship times vary upon final destination, however the average is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Dealers are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed. Please contact Door Design Lab directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
