The Diamond collection features modern metal exterior doors that will be an energy-efficient solution for your home and will last at least 20-25 years.
- The slab material is zinc-galvanized steel, providing high break-in resistance (RC2/RC3 class). The slab thickness is 1 7/8".
- The frame material is pine timber covered with galvanized steel, which ensures a rigid yet lightweight structure that prevents sagging.
- Stainless steel decorative elements resist corrosion and scratches.
- Thermal insulation is provided by thermal breaks, high-density polystyrene foam, and double sealing. The door can also withstand temperature fluctuations.
- Sound insulation of 36 dB ensures a calm home atmosphere, free from extraneous street noises.
The thermal break is exceptional technology based on the fundamental laws of physics. To eliminate heat loss, it separates two metal elements in contact with each other, thereby delimiting the outer cold part of the door from the inner one. Thus, the door is always reliably protected from freezing, and your home retains more heat during the cold season and, vice versa, more coolness during the hot seasons. Since the inner surface of the door and the handle have a temperature close to room temperature, they are pleasant to touch at any time of the year.
Glass type
The double-chamber glazing combined with polystyrene insulation reduces heat loss by 40-50% compared to conventional exterior doors:
- Construction: Composed of three glass layers with two air chambers, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
- Sound insulation and noise reduction: The multilayer structure reduces noise levels, damping low-frequency sounds such as traffic and construction noise.
- Anti-glare effect: Eliminates reflections in low-light conditions, ensuring clear visibility even in the dark.
The glass thickness is 1 2/3".
Mirrored glass with stop-vision technology:
- One-way visibility: The multilayer metallized coating (aluminum and silver) combined with a photochromic layer ensures that from the outside, it is impossible to see inside. However, in the dark, when the house is brightly lit, the effect is the opposite: it is impossible to see what is happening outside, but everything inside is visible.
- Excellent interior view: The design maintains natural transparency, providing an excellent view from inside and allowing light to flow freely into the space.
- Safety and fire resistance: Tempered glass increases safety by being highly durable and fire-resistant, withstanding direct contact with fire for 30 to 60 minutes.
Innovative Low-E for interior glass:
- UV protection: Blocks up to 99% of UV rays, effectively preventing the fading of furniture, carpets, and walls.
- Infrared reflection: Helps retain heat during winter and blocks up to 70% of sunlight in summer, contributing to a comfortable indoor microclimate.
- Condensation prevention: Minimizes the cold glass effect and reduces the risk of condensation, thus enhancing overall energy efficiency.
- Eco-friendly: Reduces the carbon footprint by lowering energy consumption.
- Aesthetic integrity: Maintains natural transparency and accurate color reproduction.
Finishing
Powder coating is applied via electrostatic spraying, followed by baking at 180-200°C. It is an extra durable painting with reliable protection from UV rays and mechanical damage.
Exterior and interior shades: white, black, and anthracite—choose your ideal color combination. For example, black/black, black/white, white/anthracite, and so on.
Transom and sidelites (optional)
Glass type: clear, frosted, or mirrored with stop-vision technology.
- Construction: Glued timber with thermal break.
- Glass: Triple-glazed sealed unit with two chambers.
Hardware
The hardware set includes:
- Two concealed hinges support up to 80 kg each, providing enhanced break-in resistance.
- Stainless steel threshold reinforced with zinc-galvanised frame. Doors can be installed with a metal threshold extension with a bevel for water drainage.
Belldinni is one of the first manufacturers in the US that offers exterior doors with concealed hinges.
All doors have precut for American standard lock and deadbolt with back set 2 3/4".
In addition, we have ensured that every customer has complete freedom in choosing the hardware for Diamond doors, allowing you to select any handle, from classic American styles to modern railing designs.

Shipping and order confirmations
Upon placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your order has been received. Production lead time is around 14 business days. ETA will be provided in confirmation-mail as well. You will then get a second e-mail when the order has been shipped. If your order requires multiple shipments, you will be receiving more e-mail confirmations about them. Please, make sure you saved these e-mails (invoices) for the record.

Please note that the rates shown below are for the ground shipping via common carrier. These rates cover such services as residential delivery, delivery appointment, liftgate and pallet jack service. Prices can be changed without notice. We don’t charge any additional fees for crating unlike many companies do.

Once an order is processed, it is then shipped out via LTL (for large items) or carriers (for smaller items). LTL shipments are curbside delivery only. Ship times vary upon final destination, however the average is 2-4 business days for the East Coast and 5-7 business days for the West Coast. Dealers are also more than welcome to use their own freight company if needed. Please contact Door Design Lab directly for all orders outside of the continental United States.
